Section 10

The number of persons allowed at any time on any licensed premises shall not exceed the number of persons specified in the licence or in a separate certificate issued by the Licensing Authority.

For the purpose of determining the number of persons allowed in any billiard saloon calculation shall be on the basis that each person shall occupy a space of 15 square feet inside such billiard saloon and that spaces occupied by billiard tables and other furniture therein shall not be taken into account.
