Substitution of new titles

(1)

Wherever any title amongst those of the public offices set out in the first column of the First Schedule appears in any written law or in any notification made thereunder, it shall be deemed to be replaced by the corresponding title or titles set out in the second column of such

Schedule.

(2)

In the application of this section to Sabah and Sarawak “written law” means federal law, in force in those States, respectively.
