Charge upon general revenue and assets

Section 3
(1)
The principal moneys represented by the Treasury Bills issued under this Act are hereby charged upon and shall be payable out of the general revenues and assets of Malaysia.

(2)
The proceeds of such Bills shall be paid into the Consolidated
Fund.
