In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—

Section 2
“Court” means—
(a)
the High Court or any Judge thereof in all cases where proceedings are taken in the High Courts; and
(b)
a Sessions Court in all cases where proceedings are taken in such a Court;
“Registrar” has the meaning assigned thereto in the Companies
Act 1965 [Act 125];
“trust company” means a company registered as a trust company under this Act.
