Section 21
(1)

The Minister may make such regulations as are necessary or expedient to give full effect to or for carrying out the provisions of this Act.

(2)

In particular and without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for prescribing—

(a)

the manner of making applications to register a trustee or trustees as a body corporate;

(b)

the procedure to be followed in registering a trustee or trustees as a body corporate;

(c)

the information to be furnished to the Minister; and

(d)

the fees which can be imposed and collected for the purposes of this Act.
