Every application under rule 2 of these Rules and all documents annexed thereto shall be made in duplicate on stout foolscap folio paper measuring thirteen inches in length by eight inches in breadth, and shall contain a margin of at least one-and-a-half inches on the left hand side of the paper, and one side only of the paper shall be written on:

Provided that this rule shall not apply to printed books of rules made by the proposed corporate body.
