Section 5
No person shall destroy, injure, deface, mar, move, dig harmfully disturb or remove from the national park any beach sand, gravel or mineral, coral, sea feathers or other marine invertebrate, sea weed, grass, whether dead or alive, or any soil, rock, stone, artifact or other material.
