Section 10

The Universiti shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, have power to do anything, and to enter into any transaction, which in its opinion is calculated to facilitate the proper discharge of its duties or the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act or is incidental or conducive thereto.
