Section 39
(1)
The Board may on behalf of the University seek funds for academic and research activities of the University and accept by way of grant, gift, testamentary disposition, subventions, legacies or otherwise, property and moneys in aid of the finances of the University on such conditions as it may determine.

Registers shall be kept of all donations to the University including the names of donors to the University and any special conditions on which any donation may have been given.
