Section 15
(1)
The Board, with the approval of the Minister, shall appoint a
Registrar of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property
Managers on such terms and conditions of service as it thinks fit.
(2)
The Registrar shall be under the general direction of the Board and shall sign all authorities to practice and record all entries required to be entered in the Registers.
