Restriction on registered appraisers

Section 20
(1)
A registered appraiser is authorized to undertake work subject to a total capital value and upon terms and conditions fixed by the Board from time to time with the approval of the Minister.
(2)
The total capital value is deemed to be the total amount undertaken under one specific instruction.
(3)
The Board may restrict the practise of the registered appraiser to a particular State or States.
