Section 40
(1)
Section 29 of the Animals Act 1953 (Revised 2006) [Act 647] is hereby repealed and all licences issued thereunder shall, after one month of the coming into force of this Act, be deemed to be withdrawn and shall be void.
(2)
Such persons may apply to be registered under this Act if he is qualified to do so under this Act.
