Section 55

(1)

All wakaf vested in the Majlis under the Majlis Ugama Islam Negeri Sabah Enactment 2004

[No. 5 of 2004] shall, upon the coming into operation of this Enactment, be deemed to be vested in the

Majlis under this Enactment.
