Section 8
(1)
No deductions or abatement of the wages of any person shall be made on account of any holiday given under section 3, 6
or 7.
(2)
A person who is given a holiday under section 5 shall be paid in respect of such holiday the wages he would have earned had he worked during that part of the day in which such holiday is given.
