Section 23
Any person who, knowing that a document or thing is relevant to an investigation under this Act—
(a)
destroys, mutilates or alters the document or thing;
(b)
falsifies the document or makes a false document;
(c)
conceals the document or thing; or
(d)
directs, counsels or causes, in any manner, a person to do anything mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c), commits an offence.
