(2)
The notification under subsection (1) shall—
(a)
state the name of the Wild Life Sanctuary;
(b)
specify the limit of the Wild Life Sanctuary;
(c)
state the date on which the notification shall take effect;
(d)
declare whether all rights or privileges in the Wild Life
Sanctuary have been extinguished; and
(e)
stipulate the special conditions, if any, governing the reservation thereof.
