Returns as to compensation
of Workmen'S Compensation Act 1952
The Minister may by notification in the Gazette direct that every person employing workmen, or that any special class of such persons, shall send at such time and in such form and to such authority as may be specified a correct return specifying the number

of injuries in respect of which compensation under this Act has been paid by the employer during the previous year and the amount of such compensation, together with such other particulars as to the compensation as the said Minister may direct.
(2)
Any person making default in complying with any direction notified under this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit.
