s 49Continuance of use of name

(1)

The Yayasan may continue to use the name “Kumpulan

Wang Simpanan Guru” for the purpose of maintaining goodwill or for any purpose the Yayasan deems fit.

(2)

No other person or any party may use the name

“Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Guru” except with the prior written approval of the Yayasan.

(3)

Any person who contravenes subsection (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
