Seksyen 3

Akta ibu dipinda dalam subseksyen 7(1) dengan menggantikan perkataan “not exceeding two years, or to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or both, and in the case of a second and subsequent offence to imprisonment for a term of not less than one year and not more than three years” dengan perkataan “of not less than five years and not more than ten years”.
