Penggantian seksyen 56
Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan seksyen 56 dengan seksyen yang berikut:

Seksyen 56
The pilot or agent of every aircraft arriving at a customs airport shall, not less than two hours before its arrival or such period as the Director General may determine, whichever is lesser, present to the proper officer of customs at the customs office a true and complete manifest of the whole cargo of the aircraft in the national language or
English language, in the prescribed form, and certified by such pilot or agent.

(2)
The manifest under subsection (1) shall contain—
(a)
a complete list of the whole cargo which remains on board, intended to be landed and to be transhipped at the customs airport;
(b)
a complete list of stores on board such aircraft.
(3)
The manifest shall list all particulars as to marks, numbers, contents of each package of the cargo, destination, together with the names of shippers and consignees of the cargo.
(4)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1), (2) or (3)
shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to both.
(5)
For the purpose of this section, “agent of every aircraft”
includes a freight forwarder.”.
