Subseksyen 49(3) Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to both”

dengan perkataan “a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit”.
