Seksyen 10

Subseksyen 39(1) Akta ibu adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (g) perenggan yang berikut:

"（h) any sum paid by way of a bonus to an employee in excess of two twelfths of his wages or salary;".
