(a)
dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 12b perenggan yang berikut:
“12c. any profit paid, credited or distributed to partners by a limited liability partnership.”; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 20 perenggan yang berikut:
“20A. any income of a life insurer or takaful operator from an investment made out of a life fund or family fund in respect of a deferred annuity established in accordance with the Retirement
Savings Standards approved by the central Bank of Malaysia.
