Seksyen 27 Akta ibu dipinda—
of Akta Pendaftaran Kelahiran dan Kematian (Pindaan) 2017
(a)
dalam subseksyen (3), dengan memotong perkataan “by entry (without any alteration of the original entry)”;
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (3) subseksyen yang berikut:
“(3 a) Where the Registrar-General, the
Superintendent-Registrar or the Registrar is satisfied that from an inquiry held under section 37b an error of fact or substance in any register exists, the error of fact or substance may be corrected by the
Registrar-General.”;
