Seksyen 17

Seksyen 25 Akta ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (2) subseksyen yang berikut:

“(3)  The persons appointed under subsection (1) shall be persons from the Industrial Relations Officers Scheme of Service and such appointments shall be published in the

Gazette.”.
