Akta ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas seksyen 14

seksyen yang berikut:

“No person to export carcass, product of animals or birds, etc., without permit 14A. No person shall export any carcass, semen, fodder, litter, dung, or any product of animals or birds or any article or substance that is likely to convey or spread disease except in accordance with a permit in that behalf issued by the

Director General of Quarantine and Inspection under MAQIS

Act.”.
