Seksyen 2
(1)
The Evidence Ordinance, 1950, shall have effect with the modifications set out in the Schedule. Modification and extension of F.M. 11/50.
(2)
The said Ordinance as so modified is hereby extended to the States of Sabah and Sarawak.
