dengan menggantikan perkataan "twenty-five" dalam subperenggan (2) perenggan 2 dengan perkataan "fifty";

dengan memasukkan, selepas sahaja subperenggan (2) perenggan 62, subperenggan baru (3) yang berikut:

"(3) Where pursuant to an agreement with the Government, State Government or a local authority in respect of a privatisation project an asset used in the privatisation project is disposed of to the Government, State Government or local authority, as the case may be, its disposal value shall be taken to be an amount equal to the net proceeds of the disposal."; dan

dengan memasukkan, selepas sahaja perkataan perkataan "the public" dalam subperenggan (d) perenggan 63, perkataan-perkataan "or is that of a telecommunication undertaking providing telecommunication services to the public".
