Seksyen 18

Subseksyen 60f(2) Akta ibu dipinda—

(a)

dalam takrif “investment holding company”, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “gross income” perkataan

“other than gross income from a source consisting of a business of holding of an investment”; dan

(b)

dengan memasukkan sebelum takrif “investment holding company” takrif yang berikut:

‘ “business of holding of an investment” means business of letting of property where a company in any year of assessment provides any maintenance or support services in respect of the property;’.
