Seksyen 57
(a)
dalam subseksyen (1), dengan memotong perkataan
“is in his opinion one of a description chargeable with duty,”;
(b)
dalam subseksyen (2), dengan memotong perkataan “in his opinion”; dan
(c)
dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (4) subseksyen yang berikut:
“(5) This section shall only apply to instrument where indorsement is required to be made on that instrument pursuant to any written law.”.
