Seksyen 11
(1)
The overall width of a motor vehicle shall not exceed 2.6 metres.
(2)
Notwithstanding subrule (1), the Minister may, upon recommendation of the Director General, authorize the use of a motor vehicle which the overall width exceeds 2.6 metres but does not exceed 3 metres.
(3)
This rule is not applicable to any broken-down motor vehicle which is being drawn by another motor vehicle in consequence of mechanical defects.”.
