Akta ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen 26(3)

subseksyen yang berikut:

“(4)  Where part of a subdivided building or land is acquired under this Act, the proper registering authority shall take necessary action in accordance with the Strata Titles

Act 1985.”.
