Seksyen 60 Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan

“Where the Land Administrator is unable to agree with the persons interested on the amount of compensation” dengan perkataan

“Where the person interested is unable to agree on the amount of compensation offered by the Land Administrator”.
