- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 25(3)(c) Akta Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1993 [Akta 504] dan peraturan 15 Peraturan-Peraturan Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], Kerajaan telah membuat penentuan muktamad di bawah subseksyen 25(1) Akta bahawa margin lambakan de minimis wujud berkenaan dengan import keluaran batang penulangan konkrit keluli, iaitu batang keluli gulungan panas yang mengandungi lekuk, tetulang, alur atau canggaan lain yang dikelaskan di bawah nombor Kod Sistem yang Diharmonikan (Kod H.S.) 7214.10.11 00, 7214.10.19 00, 7214.10.21 00, 7214.10.29 00, 7214.20.31 00,

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 25(3)(c) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and regulation 15 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], the Government has made a negative final determination under subsection 25(1) of the Act that de minimis dumping margin exists with regard to the imports of steel concrete reinforcing bar products, that are hot rolled steel bars containing indentations, ribs, grooves or other deformation, classified under the Harmonised System Code (H.S. Code) numbers 7214.10.11 00, 7214.10.19 00, 7214.10.21 00, 7214.10.29 00, 7214.20.31 00,

Reason for negative final determination 2.
The reason for the negative final determination is that the dumping margin in respect of the subject merchandise is de minimis where the margin of dumping is less than two per centum of the export price.
