Seksyen 2

Sekshen-kechil (2) sekshen 11 Akta Bidan, 1966 (kemudian daripada ini di-sebut sa-bagai Akta) ada-lah dengan ini di-pinda dengan memansokhkan perenggan (b) dan menggantikan-nya dengan suatu perenggan (b) baharu saperti berikut:

"Any person untrained in the practice of midwifery who within four years of the commencement of this Act, satisfies the Registrar that such person has during the period of two years immediately preceding registration under Part II of the Register, attended to women during childbirth."
