Amendment of Schedule
The Schedule to the Free Zones (Declared Areas) Notification 1992 [P.U. (B) 465/92] is amended by substituting for the words "Gazette Plan 295" appearing in item (ii) under the heading "Limits of Zones" the words "Gazette Plan 429".

- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(2) Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438], Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Pemberitahuan ini bolehlah dinamakan Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas (Pindaan) 2000.

Pindaan Jadual Kedua
Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Zon Bebas 1990 dipinda dalam butiran 3 dengan menggantikan perkataan "Pelan Warta 295" yang terdapat di bawah kepala "Nama bagi Zon Perindustrian Bebas" dengan perkataan "Pelan Warta 429".

This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment) Notification 2000.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of Second Schedule
The Second Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended in item 3 by substituting for the words "Gazette Plan 295" appearing under the heading "Name of Free Industrial Zone" the followings words "Gazette Plan 429".
