Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 6, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 26 dan 44 Akta Jualan Langsung dan Skim Anti-Piramid 1993 [Akta 500], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-Peraturan Jualan Langsung 1993 [P.U. (A) 128/1993], yang disebut
“Peraturan-Peraturan ibu”
dalam
Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dalam peraturan 3 dengan menggantikan perkataan “hendaklah dalam Borang AJL-1 Jadual A”
dengan perkataan “hendaklah dalam borang yang ditentukan oleh Pengawal”.

Pindaan peraturan 4
Subperaturan 4(1) Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “hendaklah dalam Borang AJL-2 Jadual B” dengan perkataan “hendaklah dalam borang yang ditentukan oleh Pengawal”.

Pemotongan Jadual A dan Jadual B

DIRECT SALES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2014
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 26 and 44 of the Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 [Act 500], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 15 April 2014.
Amendment of regulation 3 2.
The Direct Sales Regulations 1993 [P.U. (A) 128/1993], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in regulation 3 by substituting for the words “shall be in Form AJL-1 of Schedule A” the words “shall be in the form as determined by the Controller”.
Amendment of regulation 4 3.
Subregulation 4(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by substituting for the words “shall be in Form AJL-2 of Schedule B” the words “shall be in the form as determined by the Controller”.
Deletion of Schedule A and Schedule B
Seksyen 4
The principal Regulations are amended by deleting Schedule A and Schedule B.
