- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 142(4) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-Peraturan Kastam 1977 [P.U. (A) 162/1977], yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dalam peraturan 3―
(a)
dalam subperaturan (1), dengan memasukkan selepas proviso (xvi)
proviso yang berikut:
“(xvii)
di Jeti ASA Niaga Harbour City Sdn. Bhd., Jalan Foreshore,
Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor, waktu-waktu itu adalah―
24 jam pada mana-mana hari bekerja”; dan
(b)

CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) REGULATIONS 2011
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 142(4) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2011.
Amendment of regulation 3 2.
The Customs Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 162/1977], which are referred to as the
“principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in regulation 3―
(a)
in subregulation (1), by inserting after proviso (xvi) the following proviso:
“(xvii)
at Jetty ASA Niaga Harbour City Sdn. Bhd., Jalan Foreshore, Port
Klang, Selangor, the hours shall be―
24 hours on any working day”; and
(b)
in subregulation (4), by inserting after proviso (xviii) the following proviso:
“(xix)
at Jetty ASA Niaga Harbour City Sdn. Bhd., Jalan Foreshore, Port
Klang, Selangor, the hours shall be―
24 hours on any working day”.

Amendment of First Schedule 3.
The principal Regulations are amended in the First Schedule, in Part I, under the subheading “States of Malaya”, by inserting after the Customs Port “Port Klang” and the particulars relating to it the following particulars:
