CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 5) REGULATIONS 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Customs Act 1967

[Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment)

(No. 5) Regulations 2014.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 19 November 2014.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Customs Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 162/1977] are amended in the

Second Schedule under the heading “FORMS” in Part I, by substituting for Form Customs

No. 22 the following form:
