Seksyen 4
(1)
A Director may in writing delegate, these Regulations or under any Order under regulation 3 (2) and the exercise of may be limited by a Director to any all or any of his powers under o any other officer appointed powers under such delegation particular area or areas or in such other manner as a Director may deem fit.

(2)
A delegation made under this regulation may at any time be modified or revoked by a Director.
(3)
No delegation made under this regulation shall be deemed to divest a Director of any of his powers exercise those powers notwithstanding su land he may, if he thinks fit, th delegation.
