Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Service Commissions Act 1957 [Act 393], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement

(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Service Commissions (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2001.

These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 March 2001.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Schedule of the Service Commissions Act 1957 is amended under the heading “ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES APPLICABLE TO ALL
COMMISSIONS”—
(a)
by substituting for paragraph 6 the following paragraph:
“(6) MONTHLY HOUSING ALLOWANCE:
