- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 12 Akta Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya 1957 [Akta 31], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat peraturan peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Pindaan Jadual
Jadual kepada Akta Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya 1957 dipinda dengan menggantikan perenggan 12 dengan perenggan yang berikut:
"12. ELAUN KERAIAN BULANAN:
Pengerusi RM1,500
Timbalan Pengerusi RM800
Anggota RM550".

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Election Commission Act 1957 [Act 31], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement
Seksyen 1
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Election Commission (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2000.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of Schedule
The Schedule to the Election Commission Act 1957 is amended by substituting for paragraph 12 the following paragraph:
"12. MONTHLY ENTERTAINMENT ALLOWANCE:
Chairman RM1,500
Deputy Chairman RM800
Members RM550".
