  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 613 of the Companies Act 2016 [Act 777], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment)

Regulations 2018.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 February 2018.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Companies Regulations 2017 [P.U. (A) 37/2017] is amended by inserting after item 22 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
