- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 14(7) Akta Akauntan 1967 [Akta 94], Menteri, selepas meminta nasihat Institut Akauntan Malaysia, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Jadual
Jadual Pertama Akta dipinda dalam Bahagian I—
(a)
dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung perenggan (o) dengan koma bertitik;
dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (o) perenggan yang berikut:
“(p)
peperiksaan akhir Universiti Industri Selangor untuk Ijazah Sarjana
Muda Perakaunan (Kepujian).”.

ACCOUNTANTS ACT 1967
ACCOUNTANTS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2011
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(7) of the Accountants Act 1967
[Act 94], the Minister, after seeking the advice of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Accountants (Amendment of First Schedule)
Order 2011.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The First Schedule to the Act is amended in Part I—
(a)
by substituting for the full stop at the end of paragraph (o) a semicolon; and
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (o) the following paragraph:
“(p)
the final examination of the Universiti Industri Selangor for the
Degree of Bachelor of Accounting (Honours).”.
