Jadual Pertama Akta dipinda dalam Bahagian I—

(a)

dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung perenggan (q) dengan koma bernoktah; dan

(b)

dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (q) perenggan yang berikut:

“(r)

peperiksaan akhir Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia untuk Ijazah

Sarjana Muda Perakaunan (Kepujian); atau

(s)

peperiksaan akhir Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman untuk Ijazah

Sarjana Muda Perakaunan (Kepujian).”.

ACCOUNTANTS ACT 1967

ACCOUNTANTS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(7) of the Accountants Act 1967

[Act 94], the Minister, after seeking the advice of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Accountants (Amendment of First Schedule)

Order 2014.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Act is amended in Part I—

(a)

by substituting for the full stop at the end of paragraph (q) a semicolon;

and

(b)

by inserting after paragraph (q) the following paragraphs:

“(r)

the final examination of the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia for the

Degree of Bachelor of Accounting (Honours); or

(s)

the final examination of the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman for the Degree of Bachelor of Accounting (Honours).”.
