“Importation of animals and birds, etc.
of Perintah Binatang (Pengimportan) (Pindaan) 2026
The importation into Peninsular Malaysia and the Federal Territory of Labuan of any carcass, semen, fodder, litter, dung or any product of animals or birds or any article or substance that is likely to convey or spread disease specified in column (2) of the Second Schedule originating from the countries or parts of the countries specified in column (3) is prohibited.
(2)
Notwithstanding subparagraph 3(1), such carcass, semen, fodder, litter, dung or any product of animals or birds or any article or substance may, subject to the restrictions specified in column (5) of the Second Schedule, be imported into Peninsular Malaysia and the Federal Territory of Labuan for the purposes specified in column (4) of the said Schedule.”.
