Section 4

of PERINTAH DUTI KASTAM (BARANG-BARANG DI BAWAH PERJANJIAN PENUBUHAN KAWASAN PERDAGANGAN BEBAS ANTARA ASEAN–AUSTRALIA– NEW ZEALAND) (PINDAAN) 2026

Seksyen 4

For the purposes of this Article, “Participating Party” means:

(a)

a Party that does not make a notification under paragraph 5; or

(b)

a Party that has withdrawn its notification in accordance with paragraph 6.
