- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2014.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 371/2013] is amended in
Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 66, in column (2) by inserting after paragraph (xv) the following paragraph:
“(xvi) Hess Exploration and Production Malaysia B.V.”.
