- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 2(m) Akta Hiburan (Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur) 1992 [Akta 493], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perisytiharan
Menteri mengisytiharkan bahawa apa-apa bahan bacaan, gambar, filem sinematografi, wayang gambar video, reproduksi atau siaran bagi apa-apa muzik, lagu atau ucapan, permainan video, permainan kemahiran atau nasib atau apa-apa reproduksi, siaran atau maklumat yang diperoleh atau dimuat turun melalui komputer di mana-mana pusat siber dan kafe siber ialah hiburan.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2(m) of the Entertainment (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) Act 1992 [Act 493], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Entertainment (Federal Territory of
Kuala Lumpur) (Declaration) Order 2011.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 October 2011.
Declaration 2.
The Minister declares that any reading materials, photographs, cinematography films, video movies, reproduction or transmission of any music, song or speech, video games, games of skill or chances or any reproduction, transmission or information obtained or downloaded from computer at any cyber centre and cyber cafe to be entertainment.
