PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 22(2) Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 [Akta 174], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (DISCIPLINE) (FIRST SCHEDULE)

(AMENDMENT) ORDER 2002

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2) of the Educational

Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 [Act 174], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (First

Schedule) (Amendment) Order 2002.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended by inserting in the respective columns after item 61 the following items:

“62. Kolej Matrikulasi Perak

The whole Act except sections 4,

17, 18, 19 and 20.

63. Kolej Matrikulasi Johor

The whole Act except sections 4,

17, 18, 19 and 20”.
